You are required to complete a separate timesheet per school as they are specific to the individual schools expenditure code.
It is vital that the timesheets are completed correctly, failure to complete all the necessary fields could result in a delay of payment.
The timesheets must be signed by an authorised representative of the school as well as yourself. Please read the instructions carefully.
In Oldham, the timesheets are submitted by the school on behalf of the supply teacher. The deadline for Oldham payroll is the 20th of the month. Payment will be made directly into your bank account on the 20th of each month and payslips will be posted to your home address. Failure to provide bank details will result in non-payment of timesheets. These details must be provided prior to your first appointment. We suggest that you take a photocopy of the timesheets as a record of the hours you have worked.
All Supply teachers are automatically opted into the Teachers Pension unless otherwise requested by yourself.
If you wish to opt out of the Teachers Pension, an opting out form must be completed and subitted to ROSA.
