ROSA strives to provide a quality service that takes away the burden from schools of searching for and recruiting supply staff. ROSA arranges cover for day to day placements and temporay contracts covering longer term sickness absence, or maternity/paternity leave.

ROSA offers extended opening hours; Monday - Thursday 07.30am -18.15pm and Friday 07.30am - 16.45pm.
Free training opportunities for all staff.
Free Vetting checks for all staff.
CRB - All supply staff undertake an enhanced CRB disclosure.
GTC- All supply teachers are subject to an annual GTC check.
Reference Checks - Two detailed references are taken up on every applicant. Current, most recent employers are always approached for references.
Health Check - An independent company 'Mediscreen' is used to ensure applicants have the mental and physical capacity to work.
Permission to work - We ascertain that non-EC or overseas-trained applicants have a valid, current, working visa, in accordance with our statutory duty.
We recognise that no amount of vetting can negate the need for an indepth, personal interview. The supply team are trained in recruitment procedures and are trained to ensure that all skills declared are based on actual experience and any gaps in employment history are accounted for.
All Staff are monitored by requesting schools to complete feedback forms, commenting on the performance within the classroom.
All teachers under go a yearly GTC check to ensure they are register for the current year.
